From Idea to Global Impact - Shaping Forwarder through Healthcare Packaging Program

After an incredible journey at UPS, my role came to an end in August 2025, as part of restructuring.

Looking back, I’m truly honored to have been founder, developer, and manager of the UPS Healthcare Cold Chain Packaging program across international markets. For many years, this was not just a solution for customers and patients, but one of the strategic pillars that helped shape what later became the UPS Healthcare industry vertical.

One highlight I’ll always be proud of: pioneering the Connected Loop reusable packaging program. Back in 2015, we were already driving eco-friendliness and sustainability with a first-in-class fuly in-house rent-a-box solution within Europe — nearly 10 years ahead of today’s pharmaceutical industry trend.

Looking ahead, I’ll be focusing on innovation, strategy, and patient impact through consulting and advisory in the healthcare industry, continuing to build on my passion. Because at the end of the day, it’s all about people — and patients remain at the heart of everything we do in healthcare.
